OFFICIAL RULES — SERVICE WIZARD USA COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by Service Wizard USA, LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Rogue Valley, Oregon.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents within the Rogue Valley service area of Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or service booking is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or scheduling services does not improve chances of winning.

4. Entry Period

Entries accepted from [START DATE] through [END DATE].

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by:

• Completing the online entry form at www.servicewizardusa.com/giveaway, OR

• Submit a mail-in entry, including name, address, phone number, and email, to the Sponsor’s mailing address.

Limit one entry per household unless otherwise stated.

6. Prize

One winner will receive property maintenance services provided by Sponsor with an approximate retail value not exceeding $1,000.

Services may include junk removal, property cleanup, minor repairs, lawn care, or similar services at Sponsor’s discretion based on property conditions and safety requirements.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random drawing within five (5) days following the end of the entry period.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via phone or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity Consent (Optional but Recommended)

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use the first name, city, and project photos for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

11. Release

Participants agree to release Sponsor from liability related to participation or acceptance of prize to the extent permitted by law.
